Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Developer DBA to design, develop, and optimize Oracle database solutions for the GrantSolutions platform. You will work with developers, DevOps, data engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-performance database components.

The role emphasizes SQL/PL-SQL development, data migration, ETL pipelines, and cloud data integration using AWS services, with attention to security, compliance, and efficient data operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Oracle database development, database engineering, ETL development, data integration, or related software engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Oracle database solutions, including PL/SQL packaging, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and sequences.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL/PL-SQL code for application functionality, reporting, and integrations.
Create and maintain database migration scripts and deployment packages.
Build and support ETL workflows and data transformations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate SQL/PL-SQL development, code review, and testing.
