Job summary

HireRight seeks an Oracle PBCS Specialist to design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions. You will build business rules, Groovy scripts, member formulas, and webforms, while automating reports and ensuring metadata integrity.

Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to optimize planning processes, implement EDMCS governance, and leverage REST APIs and EPM Automate for automation. Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle PBCS development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of business rules, Groovy scripting, and calculation logic.
• Experience with metadata updates, alternate hierarchies, and dimension management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EDMCS for metadata governance.
• Familiarity with EPM Automate and REST API for automation and integration (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize business rules and Groovy scripts to support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain member formulas for dynamic calculations within dimensions.
• Configure and maintain intuitive webforms for data entry and analysis; develop and maintain reports using Oracle Smart View and PBCS reporting tools.
• Automate report generation for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles; monitor and maintain integration processes.
• Manage dimensions, hierarchies, and attributes across planning applications; implement governance for metadata changes.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and other teams to troubleshoot issues and train users; document processes and maintain knowledge base.
• Utilize EPM Automate and REST API for automation, data loads, and process improvements; ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage EDMCS for metadata governance and integration; enforce data governance standards.
