Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an Oracle EPBCS Architect to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of EPBCS modules across Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects. The role reports to IT/EPM leadership and acts as a trusted advisor to Finance and FP&A.

The candidate will translate forecasting needs into scalable EPM architecture, drive performance improvements, and guide integrations with ERP Cloud and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, dimensional design, cube strategy (BSO/ASO), and deployment across all Oracle EPBCS modules.
• Develop and optimize Groovy scripts, Calculation Manager rules, and automated planning routines.
• Partner with Finance/FP&A leadership to design driver-based budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Design inbound/outbound integrations using Data Management, REST APIs, EPM Automate, and ERP Cloud.
• Establish architecture standards and leverage Oracle EPM AI capabilities for strategic decisions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Oracle EPBCS Architect will sit within the Enterprise Financial Systems division, reporting to the IT/EPM Leadership Team. This position will lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and performance optimization of Oracle EPBCS modules across Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor to Finance and FP&A executives, translating complex forecasting needs into scalable, high-performing EPM architecture.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end architecture, dimensional design, cube strategy (BSO/ASO), and deployment across all Oracle EPBCS modules.
• Develop and optimize Groovy scripts, Calculation Manager business rules, and automated planning routines for enhanced performance.
• Partner directly with Finance and FP&A leadership to design driver-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic modeling solutions.
• Design inbound and outbound enterprise integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, REST APIs, EPM Automate, and Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Establish architecture standards and leverage modern Oracle EPM AI capabilities, Predictive Planning, and IPM Insights to drive strategic decision-making.
