Job description

Job Description

The Oracle Strategic Partner Program Manager is responsible for designing and executing a scalable growth framework that accelerates success across multiple high-potential Global Strategic Integrator (GSI) partners. This framework and this role focus on driving the creation and expansion of partner-led solution offerings on OCI and advancing the partners' sales and delivery capabilities to support cloud growth, and specifically priority growth areas, including OCI, Multi-Cloud, and Fusion AI Agent Studio.

This US-based role is responsible for creating a successful programmatic approach, setting partner-specific objectives and growth plans, and collaborating with several GSI's to drive joint business momentum. Responsibilities include:

Develop and Operationalize a Scalable Growth Strategy

Lead the development of a structured growth strategy by first establishing a comprehensive inventory of partner productized solutions. Collaborate closely with Oracle Sales to identify opportunities for partners to migrate existing solutions or develop new offerings on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Once solutions are deployed on OCI, coordinate with Alliances & Channels (A&C) to craft and activate targeted go-to-market (GTM) motions that drive joint demand generation and customer adoption.

Accelerate Partner Capability Development

Lead executive-level alignment sessions ("Top-to-Tops") to establish strategic buy-in, followed by broader enablement ("Teach-In" sessions) to ensure partners gain a deep understanding of Oracle's unique value propositions and technology differentiators. Collaborate with partners and the Customer Success Services (CSS) team to design and implement a targeted, high-impact skills development plan focused on Oracle's priority growth areas, including OCI, Multi-Cloud, and Fusion AI Agent Studio.

Foster Cross-Functional Alignment for Joint Success

Establish strong, collaborative engagement between partners and Oracle's Alliances & Channels and Customer Success teams to ensure unified execution and accelerated outcomes. Facilitate close coordination with Customer Success Services (CSS) to provide proactive, hands-on support across customer implementations, and partner with Alliances & Channels (A&C) to drive integrated account planning and joint selling.
