Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking an Oracle OTM Solutions Architect to lead Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management configurations for client projects. This role focuses on designing efficient freight processes, configuring OTM/GTM to client needs, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

The position requires 2–3 years in OTM and GTM, 3–5 years in supply chain, and strong writing/communication skills. Remote work is supported with travel up to 25% across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• 2-3 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to learn on the fly.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create and design 'to-be' business processes for freight management.
• Configure Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and GTM per client requests.
• Coordinate with customer manager to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Perform solution design and guide team members on mitigation strategies.
• Define scope and implement smaller client solutions independently.
• Audit business processes and suggest improvements for OTM and GTM usage.
• Document test scripts and test OTM/GTM applications.
• Provide end-user training.
• Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning.

Purpose of Your Work:

As an Oracle OTM Solutions Architect working within Innovate (one of our entities),you will be responsible for quickly adapting to situations and learning on the fly to support client projects.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

• Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight
• Perform Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, and Global Trade Management, GTM, configuration according to client requests
• Work with the customer manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project
• Perform solution design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project related issues
• Work independently to define scope and implement smaller solutions for clients
• Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, and Global Trade Management, GTM, to meet the client's needs
• Document test scripts and test OTM/GTM application
• Perform training end users
• Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $140,000

This position is eligible to earn quarterly incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
