Oracle Order Management Functional Analyst

This person will be a key member of the Oracle Project team as a subject matter expert in Order Management. Responsibilities include designing solutions for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Returns, and working on integrations with external Transportation and WMS systems. Job duties include requirement analysis, creating functional design documents, working with the development team to build solutions, conducting unit tests, supporting business testing, and providing hyper-care post-go-live.

General Experience:

The candidate should have Oracle E-Business development experience with a focus on Order Management, Pricing, and Shipping. Must be a subject matter expert in Oracle Application Software in the following areas:

• Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design standard processes
• Implementing best practices in process areas
• Collaborating with developers to design and develop solutions
• Experience with Oracle OM Applications environment
• Experience in transportation management is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business application functionalities
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Oracle R12.2 experience is a plus
