Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to lead end-to-end Order Management configurations and BR100 documentation. You will map business requirements to Oracle Cloud, develop RICEFW specifications, and craft BRDs for reports and interfaces.

The role includes testing, data mapping, and guiding client SMEs through CRP/SIT/UAT. The candidate will coordinate migrations from legacy systems, implement EDI integrations, and train key users, ensuring smooth rollout per Global

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Oracle Order Management and HCM Cloud Modules.
• Experience mapping business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Ability to create and review BR100 documents and functional specs for RICEFW.
• Proficient in data mapping and filling FBDI documents for migrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and BR100 solutions.
• Write/Review BRDs for reports, interfaces, data conversions and extensions.
• Develop End to End Order Management processes in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Create and execute test scripts for Order Management in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Collaborate with client SMEs and project manager; gain rollout acceptance.
• Support CRP/SIT/UAT activities and training for business users.
• Assist data migration efforts and handle 3rd party EDI integration requirements.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Order Management and HCM Cloud Modules.
• Must understand HCM business requirements and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Must deliver/Review functional specifications documentations for RICEFW.
• Write/Review business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
• Should handle the Solution Development and configuration of End to End Order Management processes in Oracle HCM Cloud Modules based on BR100 documents.
• Create/ Review and execute the test scripts for Order Management processes with the Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager
• Gain Client acceptance of the Rollout solution as per Global Design template
• Ability to assist business user during CRP's/SIT's/UAT's
• Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Should handle the data mapping and fill in FBDI documents to support the migrations to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules from Legacy systems.
• Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
• Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.
• Should have Good knowledge on handling EDI integrations with 3rd Party Applications relevant to the HCM processes.
• Responsible for training Key business users to handle their day to day processes with Oracle HCM Cloud Modules.
• Taking business transition from incumbent vendors/client IT during new client engagement onboarding phase.
• Demonstrate Knowledge for Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations.
