Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking an Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations in a fabless semiconductor environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Oracle SCM/Manufacturing modules, including Work Orders, Outside Processing, and Costing, and close collaboration with fab partners. The successful candidate will map wafer fab processes, manage integrations via OIC/APIs, and support testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle SCM/Manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on fabless semiconductor experience with outsourced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of costing, inventory, and supply planning in Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST APIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud modules (Work Definitions, Work Orders, Outside Processing, Inventory, Costing, and Supply Planning).
• Map and support fabless semiconductor processes (wafer fab, sort/probe, assembly, final test) and subcontractor considerations.
• Collaborate with FabConnect and vendors to design, build, and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integrations with foundry/OSAT partners.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate into functional designs and configurations.
• Coordinate integrations (OIC/APIs), reports (OTBI/BIP), and extensions with technical teams.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), quarterly Cloud updates, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and process-improvement recommendations.
• Train end users and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders onsite.

Title: Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Consultant (Fabless Semiconductor)

Location: Local to Bay Area- Onsite 2 days office

Duration: Long Term

Mandatory- Fabless Semiconductor experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud modules, including Work Definitions, Work Orders, Outside Processing, Inventory, Cost Management, and Supply Planning.
• Map and support fabless semiconductor processes, such as wafer fab, sort/probe, assembly, and final test at subcontractors, lot tracking, genealogy, die/wafer yields, and multi-stage BOMs.
• Work with the FabConnect team and vendor to design, build, and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Cloud and foundry/OSAT partners, covering WIP updates, lot status, and receipts.
• Gather requirements from business users and turn them into functional designs, configurations, and solution documents.
• Work with technical teams on integrations (OIC/APIs), reports (OTBI/BIP), and extensions.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Train end users and build strong working relationships with business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle SCM/Manufacturing experience, with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations.
• Hands-on fabless semiconductor experience, including an outsourced manufacturing model, foundry/OSAT collaboration, and lot-based inventory.
• Strong knowledge of Outside Processing, Lot and Serial Control, Costing, and Supply Chain Orchestration.
• Exposure to FabConnect or similar semiconductor B2B/foundry integration platforms.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST APIs).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with both business and IT teams onsite.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Bay Area; local candidates preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Planning Central, Order Management, or Product Hub (PIM).
• Background with semiconductor or high-tech companies, such as FPGA, ASIC, or chip design firms.
