Job summary

Maini Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Manufacturing solutions. The role focuses on manufacturing and supply chain processes, with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and/or Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuring modules (BOM, WIP, INV, Costing, Planning, OM), and leading workshops and fit-gap analyses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle ERP functional consulting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes: Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Engineer-to-Order (ETO).
• Experience with BOM, Routings, Work Orders, Shop Floor Control, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Costing.
• Ability to prepare functional design documents and solution specifications.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, with extensive experience in manufacturing business processes, supply chain operations, and ERP implementations.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical resources to design and deploy solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, inventory control, production planning, and overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Oracle certifications preferred.
• Experience in industries such as Aerospace, Medical Devices, Industrial Manufacturing, Chemicals, Consumer Products, or Automotive.
