Job summary
LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the administration, monitoring, and performance tuning of Oracle Linux environments in a large enterprise context. You will focus on platform automation, reliability engineering, and cross-team collaboration to improve system resilience.
You will design and operate HA configurations, implement SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs), drive infrastructure automation with Ansible and Azure DevOps, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring
Qualifications
- Experience administering Oracle Linux environments in enterprise-scale settings.
- Design, build, and lifecycle manage Linux servers including storage and virtualization.
- Lead HA configurations, clustering, and load-balancing to minimize downtime.
- Define and implement SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs) and error budgets.
- Develop automation for installation, configuration, and deployment pipelines using Ansible and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform architecture and Oracle Linux implementation.
- Administer Oracle Linux systems for reliability and performance.
- Implement automation with Azure DevOps and Ansible.
- Develop Bash scripts to automate routine tasks and deployments.
- Manage high availability, clustering, and load balancing for uptime.
- Monitor system health, perform RCAs, and drive incident response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability and deployment pipelines.
