Job summary

Constellation Search Group is seeking an Oracle Integration Manager to lead the strategy, design, and performance of enterprise integrations across Finance, HCM, and SCM. The role centers on owning connections between Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal/third-party platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

The candidate will build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, develop interfaces with payroll, banks, CRM, and WMS, and drive secure, high-performance data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise integrations; 3+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, SFTP.
• Strong communication skills and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP services, file-based flows, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, banks, tax providers, CRM, WMS, and other key systems.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance data exchange across platforms.
• Monitor integrations, resolve errors, and optimize performance.
• Lead migration and lifecycle management across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
• Maintain integration standards, documentation, and runbooks.
• Continuously assess new Oracle Integration Cloud and Fusion features to drive innovation.
