Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery for client contracts in a hybrid setting in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX. The role requires deep expertise in account delivery programs, operations and planning, with a strong emphasis on quality and outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and pursue opportunities for additional value through follow-ons. Three days in the office per week are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Account Delivery Management, Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Work Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years) or the equivalent work history.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
• Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for follow-selling or cross-selling.
• Serve as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and advisory skills.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions by providing solutions that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX and requires three days per week in the office.

What you need: Minimum 8 years of experience with Account Delivery Management, Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Work Management Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
