Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 to lead and shape Oracle-based integration architectures in a US-based role. You will participate in customer discussions, define architectural frameworks, and drive design and deployment strategies across Oracle Cloud and OIC platforms.

You will collaborate with development teams to implement integration solutions, validate PoCs, and ensure security, performance, and scalability aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, with good experience in Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Basics.
• Experience in Oracle Apps Technical and PL/SQL.
• Experience in OIC components, Oracle SaaS APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with JavaScript, XSLT, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository
• The ability to analyse, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
• A knack for assessing multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
• Understanding of integration methodologies, proof-of-concept validation and deployment strategies.
• The ability to document architectural frameworks and solutions.

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder, Process Automation, and ATP/ADW is a plus.


• Hands-on with development & unit testing of integration components & web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC.


• VBS/VBCS UI development, FA api's, Grovy scripting, ERP cloud database understanding, BI Pub development, Apps composure and personalization, PL/SQL development, ORDS etc.


• Experience with integrations.


• Experience of system interfaces (predominantly on a PaaS Cloud).


• Experience in building integration in OIC using REST/SOAP Services.


• Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud.


• Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including App-driven orchestration, Scheduled integrations, and File-based integrations.


• Develop and manage REST and SOAP web services, adapters, and connectors for Oracle SaaS and third-party applications.


• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.


• Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and deployment processes.


• Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.


• Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.


• Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices.


• Knowledge in ITIL processes, incident and change management.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
