Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an Oracle Integrated Cloud (OIC) Architect and SME to lead the architecture and implementation of Enterprise Data Management products, including PowerCenter, for government needs. The role supports cross-functional teams and requires expertise in OCI, infrastructure as code, and security clearances.

The position is based in Credence's offices in Tysons Corner, McLean, VA and Dayton, OH, with onboarding planned for September 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in software infrastructure development and management.
• Agile Development experience, preferably with Scrum.
• Strong technical design and development skills to provide scalable, efficient solutions.
• Cloud - Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) with OCI (2 years).
• Active Security+ certification and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the complete software development life-cycle.
• Interface directly with the client and build good working relationships throughout all organizational levels.
• Provide technology leadership to the managed services team.
• Assess risks and impacts of the existing hosting environment and get knowledge transfer.
• Establish development tools, guidelines and conventions for development in Shell Scripting, Windows PowerShell, Python, and other programming languages as needed.
• Design, code, and test Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts.
• Maintain existing scripts by evaluating and improving existing code and applying bug fixes.
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Work with other software development teams and understand their infrastructure requirements.
• Build infrastructure monitoring strategies and instrument OCI environment.
