Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an Oracle HFM Administrator to lead the administration and ongoing support of the HFM system. You will ensure reliability, accuracy, and alignment with evolving business needs as part of the finance systems team.

The role requires 3–5 years of Oracle HFM experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and on‑site work in a corporate environment. You will collaborate across finance and IT during monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and support audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle HFM administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes.
• Hands‑on experience with metadata and rules in Oracle HFM preferred.
• On‑site work requirement in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Oracle HFM, updating metadata and rules.
• Oversee user security and access in line with internal controls.
• Collaborate with Oracle FDME and SAP teams on monthly to annual closes.
• Validate, reconcile, and improve financial data and processes.
• Train users and maintain current documentation; support audits.
