Oracle Health Oncology is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join our consulting team in the United States. This intermediate role focuses on completing configuration work for various project types while adhering to Oracle methodologies and maintaining client relationships.

Applicants should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and an undergraduate degree or equivalent, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Oncology product(s).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness.
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders.
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration.
• Complete complex system configurations independently.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools.
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues.
• Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements.
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting.
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
