Job summary

Oracle is hiring a Configuration Analyst for its Health Oncology consulting team in the United States. This intermediate role requires you to work independently with some guidance to deliver quality configuration work that aligns with Oracle methodologies and supports project teams and customers.

Responsibilities include analyzing complex data for configuration readiness, documenting work, and mentoring other analysts.

Qualifications

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge of Oracle Health Oncology products.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent; product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness.
Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders.
Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration.
Complete complex system configurations independently.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools.
Serve as escalation point and deliver resolution for complex configuration issues.
Adopt new process improvements and identify new opportunities.
Drive tools development and troubleshooting.
Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide training as needed.
