Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, including end-to-end implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-specific insights and identify value-creation opportunities.
• Manage multiple engagements of varying size and duration.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior staff on the engagement team.
