Job summary

Mastek is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud architect to lead end-to-end implementations across Talent, ORC, Learning, and Core HR. You will translate business requirements into scalable designs and establish architecture standards across modules.

You will guide integrations with ERP/payroll systems, ensure data integrity, and drive Learning Cloud adoption while mentoring teams and documenting decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud security models and RBAC.
• Strong knowledge of Talent, ORC, Learning, and Core HR modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HCM designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations focusing on Advanced Talent, ORC, Learning Management, and Core HR.
• Translate requirements into robust HCM solution designs and architecture blueprints.
• Define and govern architectural standards across Talent, ORC, Learning, and Core HR.
• Provide leadership across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and IT to align HCM solutions with enterprise strategy.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems ensuring data integrity.
• Review and validate configurations across Talent, ORC, Learning, and Core HR.
• Assess impact of enhancements, patches, and releases on architecture.
• Guide on security models, RBAC, and compliance within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Drive Learning Cloud adoption including catalogs, content management, and learner journeys.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and continuous improvement across HCM modules.
• Mentor functional and technical teams on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
• Prepare architecture diagrams, configuration workbooks, and design decisions.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with primary focus on Advanced Talent, ORC, Learning Management, and Core HRmodules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and robust Oracle HCM Cloud solution designs and architecture blueprints.
• Define and govern architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices across Talent, ORC, Learning, and Core HR.
• Provide leadership across full lifecycle implementations including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to align HCM solutions with organizational HR strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems (ERP, payroll, LMS extensions, etc.), ensuring data integrity and seamless process flow.
• Review and validate functional configurations across Talent, ORC, Learning (courses, offerings, learning assignments), and Core HR.
• Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption and architectural consistency.
• Provide guidance on security models, role-based access control, and compliancewithin Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Drive Learning Cloud adoption, including configuration of learning catalogs, content management, and learner journeys.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and continuous improvements across all HCM modules.
• Mentor and guide functional and technical teams on Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain detailed solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration workbooks, and design decisions.
• Engage with Oracle roadmap updates and evaluate impact on existing Talent, ORC, Learning, and Core HR architecture.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales solutioningby providing architectural expertise.
