Job description

Lead Consultant - HCM 6 months Toronto, ON (Hybrid or Onsite) Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo (Enterprise Edition) experience with expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding (Transitions), Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), Journeys, Autocomplete, Redwood, Checklists, Security, Global HR (Core), Profile Management, Talent Management (Goals and Performance Management), Workforce Structures etc.

Understanding of inter-module working functionalities within Fusion HCM and Taleo and led migration to Production after configuration and testing in lower environments. Understanding client's existing Recruitment and Onboarding systems and processes. Identify the complex business requirements, map them to Taleo and HCM Cloud. Continuous service improvements - system enhancements, defect resolutions. Lead the Quarterly Upgrades for Taleo and HCM : Review new features, develop test scripts, involve right testing resources, defect management and draft communication plans. Provide global support for continuous, uninterrupted business operations (Store Staffing, Home Office, and Distribution Centers), making sure associates get hired and paid timely. Maintenance, error triaging on Taleo-HCM TCC interfaces. Configuration of modules in three different environments (Staging, Test, Production). Conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions to identify requirement gaps and user experience enhancements. Providing custom solutions to meet client requirements.
