Job summary

Version 1 seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant to design and implement innovative solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people. You will guide clients through discovery, design, deployment and delivery, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead workshops, configure cloud solutions, demonstrate capabilities, translate requirements into scalable designs, and produce comprehensive documentation while building strong

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn.
• Experience facilitating Oracle HCM Cloud workshops across design, configuration, testing and validation phases.
• Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant

You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading client workshops and advising on Oracle HCM leading practices.
