Version 1 in the UK is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll specialist to join our Managed Services team. You will own, optimise, and support live Cloud Payroll environments while advising on best practices and driving payroll improvements.

The role requires SC clearance eligibility, strong UK payroll knowledge, and excellent communication. This hybrid/remote-friendly opportunity offers a collaborative, award-winning culture and continuous Oracle exposure.

Qualifications

Oracle HCM Cloud expertise with a payroll focus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients.
Troubleshoot, configure, and optimise Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
Deliver documentation and share knowledge across the team.
Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues.
Assist with pre-sales activities including product demos.
Advise clients on best-practice Cloud processes and roadmaps.
Collaborate with end-users remotely with high customer service.

We're Looking For

Essential Experience

Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Payroll.
Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to document solutions clearly.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
SC clearance eligibility - minimum 3 years' UK residency required.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll ITIL process knowledge Broader HR process understanding.
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, especially in Payroll.
