Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Newark, NJ, seeks a senior Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to lead full life-cycle implementations from planning through go-live. You will translate business requirements into system configurations, guide workshops, and partner with client teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to best practices.

The role requires deep knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence management, with at least two full implementations and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Absence management
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Expertise on North American HCM functional business processes and US regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Leads the business team through the project life cycle, with focus on best practice process adoption
• Designs processes and prepares the solution Blueprint for project implementation
• Articulates product/module features to business teams via Product familiarity sessions and trainings
• Leads business requirements meetings, facilitates discussions, and drives decisions
• Coordinate design and configuration with all functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope
• Leads the testing effort, test case preparation, and testing the solution with users
• Translate detailed requirements into system configurations and support cutover activities for go-live
