Mythics is seeking an Oracle HCM Practice Lead to join our growing Oracle Cloud HCM practice and lead a team of 20+ consultants. In this role, you must demonstrate expertise in one or more technologies and be able to lead client discussions. Must have the ability to interpret requirements into system design, be an effective troubleshooter, and evaluate the proper solution for a particular client's need. Must demonstrate effective management skills for client projects and the consulting team. Must also have hands-on implementation knowledge of multiple Oracle HCM modules at a minimum.
Responsibilities
