Mythics is seeking an Oracle HCM Practice Lead to join our growing Oracle Cloud HCM practice and lead a team of 20+ consultants. In this role, you must demonstrate expertise in one or more technologies and be able to lead client discussions. Must have the ability to interpret requirements into system design, be an effective troubleshooter, and evaluate the proper solution for a particular client's need. Must demonstrate effective management skills for client projects and the consulting team. Must also have hands-on implementation knowledge of multiple Oracle HCM modules at a minimum.

Responsibilities

Lead and Manage a team of technical consultants ranging from 20+ consultants
• Train, coach, and supervise staff
• Provide mentoring and coaching to technical consultants and business analysts involved in implementations.
• Design solutions for our clients to include documenting requirements and specifications, developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges
• Communicate proactively and independently with the client with documentation to guide discussions, to clarify requirements and provide training and support
• Build application enhancements, configure components, develop reporting and integration solutions, and delegate tasks to development team members
• Communicate proactively and independently with the client with documentation to guide discussions
• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients to include financial and profitability requirements of engagements
• Participate in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients and follow-on work with current engagements
• Provide content for proposals and write statements of work
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's business acumen
• Assist in the management and delivery of large projects
• Prepare and deliver status reports
• Update project plan with completed tasks
• Identify opportunities for follow on work at existing clients
• Configure application components
• Support the project manager through effective communication of tasks and issues
• On select engagements, act as project manager

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen or Greencard holder
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent experience
• 16+ years of work experience with HCM processes such as hiring, benefits, payroll, time & labor, performance management, recruiting, and compensation planning
• 5+ years of recent experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud products
• Experience with public sector clients
• Demonstrable experience learning more than one technology
• Experience managing a team through at least 5 full cycle implementations
• Experience managing teams of at least 15 consultants
• Ability to articulate HCM concepts
• Ability to engage clients in thoughtful dialog to elicit requirements
• Ability to break down abstract concepts into components
• Ability to creatively and resourcefully problem-solve both independently and with a team
• Ability to effectively communicate with and present to executive-level clients
• Ability to articulate key project management concepts
• Ability to lead the work of others
