Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a visionary Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise migration to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud from Falls Church, VA. You will own the end-to-end roadmap, governance, and deployment while guiding design and issue resolution across HRIT and IT teams.

You will manage a 30+ team of analysts and developers, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and ensure data privacy, security, and test parameters throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive techno-functional IT/HRIS program management experience with at least 6 years in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Two full-lifecycle, large-scale migrations for 10,000+ employees or more.
• Minimum 5 years in a Program Manager role managing multi-stream programs.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise migration strategy, delivery methodology, Redwood UI rollout plans, and deployment roadmaps.
• Establish program governance, KPIs, and risk management frameworks for migration and platform health.
• Lead liaison between HR and IT executives and external partners to map business processes.
• Own program budget and ensure cost controls and resource optimization.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and archival strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide technical teams on integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and third parties using OIC and Fast Formulas.
