Job summary

Ashburn Consulting LLC seeks a visionary Senior Program Manager with deep HRIT expertise to lead enterprise migration to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. You will own the end-to-end strategy, governance, and deployment while guiding technical design, configuration, and critical service resolutions.

Candidates should have 12+ years in techno-functional IT/HRIS program management, 6+ years with Oracle HCM Cloud, and a proven record managing large migrations (10,000+ employees).

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT/HRIS program mgmt with 6+ years Oracle HCM Cloud exp.
• Led at least two large migrations (10,000+ employees).
• Proven leadership of multi-stream programs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, HR, or related field.
• Strong governance, risk, and KPI discipline.
• Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and cutover planning.

Responsibilities

• Define the migration vision, strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder alignment between HR leadership, IT, and partners.
• Own program budgets and resource optimization.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and archiving.
• Direct integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and third-party systems using OIC and Fast Formulas.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and testing.
