Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence implementations for federal, state, and local government clients in the United States.

The role involves guiding solution design, managing risks, and coordinating across HR, security, reporting, payroll, and finance teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 1+ years leading the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the role and clients served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating requirements and design workshops, guiding solution design and best practices, and managing risks and stakeholder communications.
• Driving high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework and support traceability.
• Coordinating cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies.
• Supporting change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption.
• Directing cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality delivery.
• Partnering with government and public sector stakeholders to define requirements and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions.
