The role also supports EBS HR processes in a hybrid environment and partners with HR staff and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end HR process governance, manage data integrity, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective-dated processing.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data privacy understanding.
• Experience with payroll interfaces and HR data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Cloud HCM governance across ORC, Core HR, Performance, Goals, Talent and Compensation.
• Translate HR policies into standardized workflows with approvals and eligibility rules.
• Develop training materials and deliver system training to HR staff and end users.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance through controls.
