• Approx 15+ years of experience working in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management). Extensive knowledge of business processes in US and CA (payroll, end of year, start of year).

Key responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis, Cloud Configuration, System testing, SIT/UAT support.

Required Skills:

• Good functional knowledge of Transaction Console.
• Experience in 2 Production support projects and 2+ implementation projects (multi-country exposure).

• Excellent communication skills.
