We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle GRC Functional Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications as they relate to Oracle ERP Cloud Finance and HCM platforms, along with a strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle GRC applications for Oracle ERP Cloud Finance and HCM modules.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle GRC functionalities specific to Oracle ERP Cloud environments.

Develop and maintain documentation related to GRC configurations, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GRC requirements are met and integrated seamlessly into Oracle ERP Cloud Finance and HCM processes.

Perform security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on GRC-related matters, including access control, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Oracle GRC Functional Expert with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud Finance and HCM platforms.

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems and GRC principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address GRC issues effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

U.S. citizenship required for project.

Must be able to work as a 1099 contractor.
