Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including implementations, acquisitions, or major platform transitions.
• Experience in HCM, Customer, or Operations within ERP environments.
• Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related; transcripts required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Work with data engineers and architects to align with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
