Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University is seeking a Systems Administrator to lead the migration from Ellucian Banner to Oracle Fusion and to provide ongoing administration of databases and enterprise integrations. The role focuses on data extraction, transformation, and secure, reliable operations across ERP/HCM/Finance and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems or computer science.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise systems, databases, or integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/Finance) and Ellucian Banner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Ellucian Banner to Oracle Fusion, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP/HCM/Finance, SIS, HR/Payroll, CRM, LMS, and identity platforms.
• Administer databases and application environments, write SQL for data extraction and reporting, and support performance, backup, and change management.
• Stay current on Oracle Fusion updates; plan regression testing and coordinate stakeholder validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and manage change requests.
