Job summary

NetJets is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Security Lead to drive transformation across software, ERP, and data solutions. You will provide technical leadership, design secure access controls, and collaborate with IAM, audit, and business teams to protect operational readiness.

The role requires strong engineering discipline, governance, and a track record in enterprise security for cloud-enabled platforms, with a focus on least privilege and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing or implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, integrations, data solutions, automation, or ERP-related platform capabilities.
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle processes, audit/reporting, and release regression practices.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into maintainable access controls and SoD remediation evidence.

Purpose of Position

Are you a curious and passionate engineer who desires to drive innovation in software, applications, or data solutions for the undisputed leader in private aviation? This Oracle Fusion Security Lead transformation role combines software-engineering discipline with ERP expertise to solve complex enterprise problems, protect operational readiness, and deliver business value across Finance, Procurement, IT, and audit stakeholders.

Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Create, enhance, test, maintain, support, and operate software applications, services, configurations, integrations, data solutions, and Oracle Fusion platform capabilities that enable business operations.
  • Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and contribute to definition, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, and operational handoff of product capabilities in alignment with established technology and architecture standards.
  • Deploy and deliver solutions through frequent, controlled iterations using automation and disciplined release practices while ensuring quality, security, resiliency, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate across the delivery team, functional area, implementation partners, business stakeholders, Internal Controls, and support teams to ensure business value is achieved and risks are managed transparently.
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, making evidence-based decisions, and delivering outcomes that support corporate goals.
  • Work in an agile team environment to deliver value iteratively while continuously improving engineering, configuration, testing, documentation, and support practices.
  • Design, configure, test, document, maintain, and support security artifacts, role hierarchies, data roles, provisioning rules, access controls, and operational support handoffs.
  • Apply software-engineering and platform-governance discipline to access design, role migration, environment controls, regression testing, evidence management, and post-go-live support readiness.
  • Partner with IAM, SSO, integration, reporting, Internal Controls, audit, Finance, Procurement, and SI teams to ensure role design supports least privilege, SoD compliance, upgradeability, and operational efficiency.
