Catapult Solutions Group seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant for a 12-month contract in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash and Logistics, with extensive Oracle Fusion/OTM knowledge and integration experience.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, and drive end-to-end OTC lifecycle improvements onsite. Prioritize incidents, manage enhancements, and ensure high user satisfaction while coordinating

Qualificações

• 7+ years Oracle ERP Supply Chain experience focusing on OTC & Logistics
• 5+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience supporting OTC & Logistics
• Experience with Oracle OTC modules: OM, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, AR, RMA, Intercompany
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC & Logistics modules: OM, Inventory, Shipping, GOP
• Experience with EDI integrations (850, 855, 856, 810, 214, 210)
• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud
• Experienced in Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Materials, Transportation or Logistics industries
• Production support, incident management, root cause analysis, enhancements delivery
• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, ESS Jobs and OT reporting for OTC/Logistics
• Release management, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing & deployment support
• Strong understanding of Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Shipping & SCM execution

Responsabilidades

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions
• Participate in daily stand-up Supply Chain meetings and weekly/monthly reviews
• Manage activities within the track, prioritizing incidents and enhancements
• Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets (incidents & problems)
• Coordinate with users on details for tickets and new enhancements
• Ensure end-user satisfaction across the function
• Analyze impact of releases on the Supply Chain track
• Collect requirements and coordinate with analysts on design and effort estimates
• Manage service levels and SRs for the Supply Chain track
• Escalate SRs that require attention with the Delivery Manager

Preferred Experience

7+ years of Oracle ERP Supply Chain experience with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics processes

5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience supporting OTC and Logistics business functions

Strong experience in Oracle OTC modules, including:

• Order Management (OM)
• Advanced Pricing
• Shipping Execution
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Customer Returns (RMA)
• Intercompany Order Processing

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC and Logistics modules, including:

• Order Management (OM)
• Inventory Management
• Shipping
• Global Order Promising (GOP)

Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) ispreferred

Experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and EDI integrations (850, 855, 856, 810, 214, 210)

Experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration, implementation, or transformation projects preferred

Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Materials, Transportation, or Logistics industries preferred

Proven experience in Oracle Fusion production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and enhancement delivery

Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, ESS Jobs, and operational reporting for OTC and Logistics functions

Experience in release management, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and deployment support

Strong understanding of Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Shipping, and Supply Chain execution processes

Excellent stakeholder management, business process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Oracle Fusion SCM, OTM, or Oracle EBS Supply Chain certifications are preferred

Experience working within onsite/offshore delivery and support models preferred

Day to Day Activities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

Participate in daily stand-up Supply Chain meetings (and weekly/monthly meetings)

Manage all activities within the track including prioritization of incidents and enhancements for Supply Chain track

Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets (incidents and problems)

Co-ordinate with business user(s) if more details are needed on the tickets

Coordinates with business users on new enhancements and collaboratively helps the business prioritize new enhancements

Responsible for end user satisfaction

Conduct impact analysis for new releases on Supply Chain track

Collects business requirements and coordinates with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimations and delivery

Manages service levels for the Supply Chain track

Update business users in case of risks of missing service levels

Manage and track Oracle SRs for the Supply Chain track

Work with the Delivery Manager to escalated SR's not getting desired attention
