Our work depends on a Systems Analyst Advisor joining our team to provide Oracle Fusion Technical and Functional expertise support of existing and new Oracle Fusion Application implementations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

1. Providing Techno-Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management supporting the procure-to-pay process on new and existing systems.
2. Understanding Oracle Cloud ERP Procure-to-Pay processes including Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management standard capabilities as well as enhanced features to relate product functionality to business processes and implement solutions for various scenarios.
3. Analyzing requirements and business problems, discussing with business owners, documenting requirements, completing design documentation, performing configuration updates, development, testing, and end-to-end implementation of enhancements.
4. Creating business process flow diagrams, performing functional testing per business requirements, and assisting with test scripts as needed.
5. Understanding Oracle Security and Controls to enforce data integrity, compliance, and monitor access controls.
6. Ensuring compliance with government contracting, financial, and cybersecurity policies.
7. Demonstrating technical strength with OTBI/BIP reports, FBDI, BPM workflows, Oracle Extensions, and Personalization.
8. Providing hands-on development and configuration support for current and future Oracle Cloud Applications implementations (ERP, SCM, etc.).
9. Assisting with quarterly release impact assessments and change management.
10. Providing production support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
11. Participating in and conducting peer reviews of requirements, design, and code.
12. Working directly with Oracle support to log and track service requests.
13. Managing multiple priorities with strong time management and organizational skills.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

1. Technical training, certifications, or degree plus 8+ years of related experience.
2. U.S. Persons are required.
3. Strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, especially in ERP, Procurement, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.
4. Knowledge of Oracle Infrastructure and PaaS Services, including Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Studio, Database Cloud Services.
5. Experience with vendor relationships, communicating technical configurations, and troubleshooting with vendors.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
7. Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
8. Ability to stay updated on Oracle technology.
9. Ability to work in a distributed, cross-functional team environment.
10. Work hours may include outside scheduled maintenance activities.
