Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH seeks an Oracle Fusion Functional Manager to connect operator needs with procurement processes and to lead a team responsible for functional ownership, testing, and continuous improvement. You will align system usage with procurement policies and drive scalable, compliant procurement solutions.

You will partner across procurement, digital technology, and compliance to deliver stable operations, strong controls, and ongoing enhancements on the Oracle Fusion platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, procurement or digital technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, procurement or digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for Oracle Fusion procurement functional support and ownership.
• Own Oracle Fusion functionality supporting procurement business processes and governance.
• Oversee access management, role alignment, and control compliance for procurement users.
• Lead day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion procurement activities and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and change management for procurement updates.
• Define and manage a 6-18 month enhancement roadmap for procurement capabilities.
• Define a 2-5 year future-state procurement strategy to simplify workflows and improve controls.
