Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Oracle Platform Analyst to own and evolve Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, and Costing capabilities. You will design scalable solutions, guide platform strategy, and partner with product owners and engineers to convert business needs into standardized Oracle processes.

You will mentor junior analysts, drive integration with shop floor and planning systems, and assess quarterly releases for impact and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Manufacturing and Inventory.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and inventory processes (make-to-stock/make-to-order, work orders, backflushing, inventory accuracy, warehouse handling).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Oracle capabilities with minimal customization.
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle issues and perform root-cause analysis across configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional health and evolution of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, and Costing capabilities.
• Champion standardized Oracle capabilities and enterprise process patterns.
• Design and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions and contribute to architecture standards.
• Configure Oracle Fusion hands-on across work definitions, orders, costing, and shop floor integrations.
• Own deliverables through design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Mentor and elevate less experienced analysts.
