Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Oracle Platform Analyst for Manufacturing & Inventory to own the functional health and evolution of Oracle Fusion capabilities. You will work hands‑on to turn prioritized business needs into scalable Oracle solutions, mentoring others and guiding platform strategy across manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Manufacturing and Inventory.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and inventory processes (make-to-stock / make-to-order).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Oracle issues and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional health and evolution of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory and Cost Management capabilities.
• Design and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with enterprise patterns.
• Configure Oracle Fusion across work definitions, work orders, production reporting, item/cost setup, and material handling.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and act as senior escalation point for platform issues.
