Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to drive Oracle Fusion technical solutions across Finance, SCM, and ERP. You will lead design and development of reporting, data conversions, integrations, and Redwood migrations, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Oracle Fusion development, deep expertise in FBDI/OTBI/BI Publisher, and strong SDLC/Agile delivery discipline, with mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle technical development and related software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development across ERP/Finance/SCM modules.
• Expert-level experience with FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence, and BICC.
• Expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and VBCS.
• Knowledge of ESS, VBS, ORDS, Redwood customization and migration.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP/XML/JSON, App/Page Composer, SQL, and PL/SQL for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion technical solutions across Finance, SCM, ERP, and related modules.
• Develop and support Oracle Fusion reporting and extraction using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Build and support FBDI-based data conversion and load processes with validation and error handling.
• Configure ESS jobs, scheduled processes, and data movement automation.
• Design and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations, mappings, connections, and error handling.
• Develop and support VBCS applications and VBS-based extensions for scalable processes.
• Support Redwood page customization and migrations for upgrade compatibility.
• Create and optimize ORDS APIs and integration patterns for secure connectivity.
• Create, review, and troubleshoot SQL/PL-SQL for reporting, integrations, and extensions.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, releases, production support, and RCA for complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring across teams.
• Document standards, patterns, and onboarding materials to improve delivery maturity.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion and Redwood capabilities to drive modernization.
