Job summary

NextOvation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to configure Payroll/OTL and develop HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas. This remote-first role supports integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud, with quarterly release work and production incident resolution.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and OTL experience, strong SQL/PLSQL/XML/XSLT/JSON/HDL skills, and excellent communications and analytical abilities.
