Job summary

A growing IT consultancy is looking for an experienced professional to handle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of IT experience, particularly in Oracle HCM. The position involves working with Core HR functions, data migration, and developing Payroll Interfaces. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or authorized workers, as sponsorship is not available. It is a full-time position based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with IT / Oracle.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM / Cloud Modules.
• Experience creating requirement specifications based on design.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Core HR, Absence Management, and Benefits.
• Experience data migration and integration for HCM.
• Develop Payroll Interfaces and handle OTBI Reporting.

Engagement Scope:

• Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and Benefits
• Data Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDL
• Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture
• Previous experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Preferred:-

• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) / Cloud Modules implementation / integration
• At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT / Oracle
