Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Test Lead to ensure quality and successful delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. You will lead end-to-end testing for finance, procurement, data conversion, and integrations within a collaborative Quality Engineering team.

You will drive SIT, UAT, and release validation, own data conversion testing, and manage offshore testing teams. The role requires strong Oracle Financials knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering or QA of enterprise apps.
• 6+ years leading functional testing for Oracle ERP/Oracle Financials implementations.
• Experience owning testing for at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP project.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials: GL, Subledger, Period Close, Consolidation, P2P.
• Experience designing and executing test scenarios independently.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts: COA, legal entities, intercompany, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios from COA to ERP configurations.
• Lead SIT, E2E, UAT and release validation testing.
• Own ERP integration testing across finance and procurement ecosystems.
• Define and validate data conversion and migration test scenarios.
• Validate controls, approvals, SoD, and security in collaboration with risk teams.
• Facilitate UAT sessions with business users and manage defects.
• Drive triage and resolution with consultants and SI partners.
• Collaborate with automation to identify regression candidates.
