Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Senior PMO/ERP Delivery Lead to drive Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across ERP, SCM, EPM, and Transportation Management. You will own end-to-end planning, governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across Financials and IT teams.

Hybrid work arrangement in the United States, with executive reporting to sponsors and functional leaders. Strong PMO experience, Oracle certifications, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs with multi-workstream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated plan spanning scope, schedule, cost, resources, dependencies, and critical path.
• Lead dependency & risk management with mitigation playbooks and options for execs.
• Establish and run governance cadences with decision logs and executive alignment.
• Produce executive-ready reporting with KPIs, value realization, and actionable next steps.
• Plan and coordinate cutover/go-live readiness, hypercare, and stabilization metrics.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Financials, Integrations, Data Conversion, Testing, and Change/Training.
• Partner/vendor management to ensure deliverables, SLAs, and SoW scope.
• Uphold PMO standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
