Job summary

Mahoney Environmental Solutions LLC seeks an ERP Applications Analyst to align finance and operations with Oracle Fusion, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will optimize ERP processes, design reports, and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. Hybrid work in Woodridge, IL with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Starting salary range is $110,000–$125,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion and related ERP modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into system functionality.
• Proven analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP System.
• Act as a functional SME for Oracle Fusion applications and processes.
• Understand operational and financial processes and identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts.
• Investigate and resolve ERP issues through RCA and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
• Lead UAT and support ERP enhancements, upgrades and initiatives.
• Provide training and support to users on Oracle Fusion functionality.
• Lead data governance, ensure data integrity and integration with stakeholders.
• Establish governance for data management and track data changes and security.
• Automate data management processes to standardize data across systems.
