CFS in Woodridge, IL is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and the ERP environment. You’ll optimize financial and operational processes, design reports, and lead data governance initiatives to improve accuracy and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting ERP systems or related enterprise technologies.
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business partner between departments and the ERP platform.
• Act as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion and related processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Investigate ERP issues through root cause analysis and collaboration.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.

Overview – Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ERP environment. This role will ensure ERP technology effectively supports operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities – Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst

• Serve as the primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP platform.
• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion and related business processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts to support operational and financial decision‑making.
• Investigate and resolve ERP‑related issues through root cause analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end business processes through effective ERP system management.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide end‑user training and guidance on ERP functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead data governance initiatives focused on data integrity, quality, security, and consistency across enterprise systems.
• Establish and maintain data management standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Automate and streamline data management processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, configurations, and ongoing ERP optimisation efforts.

Required Qualifications – Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, financial systems, or related enterprise technologies.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, ERP integrations, APIs, and related technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
