Job description

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.

This role will coordinate third-party delivery teams and stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and technology engineering to complete the go-live on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes.
The position owns the integrated program plan, vendor performance, issue resolution, cutover, hypercare, and business readiness across all open workstreams.
This high-visibility role requires hands on executive leadership, deep Oracle functional and technical fluency, and the ability to drive accountability across complex, multi-vendor environments.

Location & Work Type:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the integrated master program plan across S2P, O2C, R2R, Tax, EDM, and EPM workstreams.

  • Drive the critical path to go-live and identify and resolve blockers before they escalate.

  • Lead weekly status meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive readiness reviews with clear RAG reporting.

  • Manage hypercare planning, cutover sequencing, and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Maintain program governance discipline through change control, milestone tracking, and decision logs.

  • Direct internal and third-party delivery teams and hold them accountable to milestones, SOW commitments, and quality standards.

  • Manage vendor escalation paths and negotiate scope and timeline impacts at the leadership level.

  • Ensure SLA adherence, deliverable sign-off, and change order governance across system integrators.

  • Conduct regular delivery health checks and drive corrective action plans when needed.

  • Partner with Finance, Controllership, FP&A, HR, divisional, and operational teams to confirm readiness at each milestone gate.

  • Facilitate UAT planning, training coordination, and change management alongside business leads.

  • Translate technical complexity into clear, business-facing communications with defined accountability.

  • Manage executive stakeholder expectations and elevate decisions at the appropriate level with options and recommendations.

  • Work alongside engineering and platform teams on integration dependencies, data migration validation, and environment readiness.

  • Bridge third-party consultants and internal engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.

  • Participate in issue triage with sufficient functional depth to understand and challenge configuration decisions.

  • Coordinate with Identity, Data, and Security workstreams on cross-cutting go-live dependencies.

  • Maintain a live RAID log and surface risks proactively with recommended mitigations and accountable owners.

  • Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and resolve conflicts across vendor, business, and technology teams.

  • Maintain scope discipline by distinguishing in-scope delivery gaps from post-go-live enhancement requests.

  • Own escalations to program sponsors with clear options and recommended paths forward.

  • Travel as required to support program delivery, stakeholder alignment, cutover, and go-live activities.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of enterprise program management, with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations delivered as program or project lead

  • Direct experience managing Oracle EPM (Planning, Consolidations, or FCCS/PCMCS) in a program delivery context

  • Demonstrated track record directing large SIs - not just coordinating with them

  • Experience leading go-live readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare for large-scale ERP deployments (1,000+ users or multi-entity scope)

  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion functional modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement, Projects, and/or HCM

  • Proven ability to manage business stakeholders at the VP/CFO level alongside hands-on delivery teams

  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex cross-functional testing efforts

Program Management Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (required); SAFe or Agile delivery experience (preferred)

  • Expert-level command of integrated program planning tools - MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent

  • Strong RAID management, executive reporting, and governance facilitation skills

  • Ability to build trust and drive accountability across matrixed, multi-vendor organizations

Technical Fluency:

  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture: data model, integration patterns, security model, and reporting layer

  • Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud platform, SmartView, and EPM data integration pipelines

  • Working knowledge of ERP data migration approaches, environment management, and cutover sequencing

Leadership & Communication:

  • Operates with executive presence - concise, direct, and credible in the board room and the war room

  • Comfortable holding vendors and internal teams accountable with data, not just relationship

  • Skilled at distilling program complexity into crisp status, risk, and decision narratives for senior leaders

  • Thrives in ambiguity; brings structure without bureaucracy

Competency Profile:

  • Delivery Execution - Runs tight programs - owns the plan, the blockers, and the outcome

  • Vendor Leadership - Directs 3rd parties with clarity; escalates and negotiates effectively

  • Business Partnership - Translates ERP complexity into business readiness and stakeholder confidence

  • Technical Credibility - Knows Oracle Fusion deeply enough to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions

  • Risk Judgment - Surfaces issues early, frames trade-offs clearly, and drives decisions to closure

  • Executive Communication - Presents to C-suite and steering committees with precision and confidence

Preferred (Optional):

  • Exposure to adjacent enterprise platforms (identity/IAM, data warehousing, finance data marts) is a plus

  • Familiar with Project Management tools, Asana preferred

  • Medical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through Anthem

  • Dental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum

  • 401(k) retirement savings plan

  • Paid-time-off options

  • Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNow
