Job summary

Recruiters' Network Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle/enterprise applications developer to support Oracle Fusion/Utilities in a growing cloud-enabled environment. The role is hands-on, interfacing with business teams, data engineers, and vendors.

Responsibilities include configuring, developing, integrating, and maintaining Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications, plus documentation and system testing. Eligible candidates may relocate to Buffalo, NY or nearby areas, with relocation assistance

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application development, systems analysis, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or comparable ERP.
• Experience in CCS/CC&B, WAM/WACS, or OFSC/CSF modules is highly desired.

Role

The Oracle Developers will support the company’s growing Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands‑on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long‑term application support.

Location: This position is available on‑site in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH.

Candidates in all three locations are being considered. Some relocation assistance is available for non‑local candidates.

Seeking an experienced enterprise applications professional with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP/application environment.

Required Background:

• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.
• Professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • CCS / CC&B : Customer information, customer billing, CRM, or customer‑facing systems
  • WAM / WACS : Asset management, work management, etc.
  • OFSC / CSF : Field scheduling, field service, etc.
• Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
• Local to one of the listed areas or willing to relocate upon hire.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
