Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Services Apps Tech Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX.

You will oversee engagements from strategy through implementation, guide workstreams, and manage distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics.
• 4–6 years of enterprise reporting strategy experience across ERP systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Fusion Cloud apps, BI platforms, and cloud data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics & reporting engagements across global teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting across Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data architectures for Oracle ERP and related apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligning with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Grow client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development, including proposals, workshops, and executive demos.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team culture.
