Job Title: Oracle Fusion CX Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Fusion CX - Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Scrum methodologies and proficiency in Jira. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and managing Oracle Fusion projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Must have a strong background in project management, Oracle Fusion applications, including Oracle CX applications, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution including:
2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
3. Utilize Oracle Fusion project management best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.
4. Monitor and control project activities, identifying and addressing risks and issues proactively.
5. Manage the development and implementation of medium-to-large-scale services projects or sub-projects that deliver high client value profitably.
6. Provide leadership and innovation in the development and implementation of services and solutions engagements.
7. Establish and manage the project plan (development, delivery schedule, resource requirements, third parties, cost budget, tools, standards, and quality).
8. Implement and Drive Agile/Scrum Methodologies:
9. Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
10. Foster a collaborative team environment to maximize efficiency.
11. Manage and configure Jira to support Agile processes, create project boards, workflows, and dashboards.
12. Train team members on Jira usage for project tracking.
13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
15. Allocate resources effectively and address staffing needs with HR and department heads.
16. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions.
