Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the United States to drive ERP customization and integration across Oracle SCM Cloud, Inventory Cloud, and Maintenance Cloud. You will participate in requirements gathering, design solution architecture, and implement enhancements while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Experience with Agile methodology in a Global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure customizations comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in two green field implementations in Oracle SCM Cloud
• Experience in Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud
• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
• Experience to work on PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages is desirable
• Experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the location Everett, WA will be between $80201 to $117128
